Fredagstipset

Vi köpte rödbetor på Bondens Marknad. Och det blev en massa fin blast över.
Blir det blast eller grönsaksskruttar över så brukar vi ge dem till kaninerna, men nu hade min kära svärmor tipsat oss om att man kunde äta rödbetsblast.
Sagt och gjort, vi skickade ner det i en lasagne och, vips, hade vi gjort världens smaskigaste rödbetsblastslasagne.

Nästa vecka ska vi göra något gott med potatisblasten.

Nej, allvarligt, rödbetsblast var fatksikt tokigt gott, lite som mangold.
